**If there is a small crack in the wax is a natural characteristic of pure beeswax and can occur as the wax cools and sets after pouring—it’s not caused by dropping or damage.

On occasion, the melted wax pool may become sufficiently deep to extinguish the flame. Should this occur, or if a slightly larger flame is preferred, the candle may be carefully tipped to allow a small amount of melted wax to be poured away from the wick, thereby restoring proper burning.
